National Training

National Training – West Africa

Senegal, Beersheba Farm

This training is aimed at equipping future trainers with the skills needed to train Farming God’s Way into their communities. The training will include both theory and practical sessions each day. The training will be presented in English, but will be translated into French

Training starts early on the 6th May and ends in the evening of the 10th, so you need to plan to arrive on the afternoon of the 5th May and to depart on the 11th May.

National Training – Uganda

Uganda, Bweyogerere

Come and join us for a 4 day training on the principles and techniques of this amazing ministry resource, called Farming God’s Way.
Training will take place daily from 9am until 5pm at Watoto Church, Bweyogerere.
Both field crops and vegetables will be covered during the training.

Cost: 80,000 UGX
Includes lunch, tea break, field guide manual, planting rope and transport to the farm for practical sessions.

Regional Training

4 Day Farming God’s Way Training

Uganda, Jinja

You are welcome to a full four day training on the principles and techniques of this amazing ministry resource. It will be held at The Hangout at Plot 2 Nalufenya in Jinja, Uganda from 09h00 to 17h00 each day.

Cost: 50,000 UGX (includes lunch, tea, field guide and planting rope).

3 Day Vegetable Training

South Africa, Gauteng

This 3 day vegetable training will be hosted by the Gauteng team at Community Ministries, Muldersdrift. It includes theory and practical sessions each day, covering layouts, land preparation, planting, compost making and other topics. Management and our biblical keys will also be covered during the training.

Venue: Community Ministries Church, Drift Boulevard, Muldersdrift, RSA

Times: 08h45-16h30 each day

Cost: No cost. Resources will be on sale. The vegetable guide is highly recommended as a reference for this training.

Bring your own refreshments and lunch or purchase your meal from the on-site church coffee shop. Tea and coffee will be available.

4 Day Farming God’s Way Training

Uganda, Masaka

You are welcome to a full four day training on the principles and techniques of this amazing ministry resource. Training will be held at Willow Resource Foundation, Plot 1 Short Close, Masaka from 09h00 to 17h00 each day. Both field crops and vegetables will be covered during the training.

3 Day Vegetable Training

South Africa, Port Elizabeth

This 3 day vegetable training will be hosted by the team in Port Elizabeth, at the Farming God’s Way model garden at Grass Roof. It includes theory and practical sessions each day, covering layouts, land preparation, planting, compost making, pest management and seedling nurseries. Management and our biblical keys will also be covered during the training.

Venue: Grass Roof – Cnr Seaview and Heron Rd, Sardinia Bay, Port Elizabeth, RSA

Times: 09h00-16h30 each day

Cost: R100 (includes printed copy of the Vegetable Guide)

NO catering will be provided, so either support the excellent restaurant or farm stall for lunch or bring along your own. Mid morning tea will be served.
