Monday 10:00 am – 10:45 am latest. Those coming from distant locations can arrive a day earlier, but additional meal and accommodation charges shall apply.

Delegates will be housed at Moffat Guest House, Kijabe.
Rooms are shared and/or allocated based on room availability. Those wishing to stay alone should communicate early and will pay additional extra subject to availability of rooms.
Male and female delegates will be housed separately while couples will be allocated a room to themselves.

If arriving a day early for those traveling from far an additional KSh 1,400 will need to be paid for accommodation and meals.

Participants will receive a pack of resources at the end of the training
English is the language of instruction.
Any delegate with special dietary needs (e.g. diabetic, hypertensive etc.), or any intermittent medical condition is advised to inform the Office Administrator prior to registration, if possible, via email.
Late payments are NOT accepted and will prevent participation because meal and room preparations have to be made well in advance.
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment, and is on a first-paid, first-registered basis. Once the maximum number of registrants is reached, we will close the register.
To receive a certificate for the training a delegate must attend all sessions (except for day-scholars who are not able attend the two evening sessions). Certificates are awarded at the end of the training.
